(Rectification) Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23(1) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act, the Law Revision Commissioners make the following Order:

Citation

1.  This Order is the Revised Edition of the Laws (Enlistment Act) (Rectification) Order 2021.

Rectification of error

2.  In the definition of “national service” in section 2 of the Enlistment Act (Cap. 93, 2001 Ed), delete “Part III” and substitute “Parts III and IV”.
