In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23(1)(a) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act 1983, the Law Revision Commissioners make the following Order:

Citation

1.  This Order is the Revised Edition of the Laws (Variable Capital Companies Act 2018) (Rectification) Order 2024.

Rectification of error

2.  In the Variable Capital Companies Act 2018, in section 25(1)(a), replace “of section 25(2)(c)” with “section 25(2)(c)”.
