Revised Edition of the Laws (Section 11(3))
Order 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(3) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act, the President specifies that, with effect from 30 November 2017, the loose‑leaf edition of each of the Acts set out in the Schedule is, in all courts and for all purposes, the sole and only proper law of Singapore in respect of those Acts:

THE SCHEDULE

1.  Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank Act (Chapter 15A)

2.  Attorney‑General (Additional Functions) Act (Chapter 16A)

3.  Choice of Court Agreements Act (Chapter 39A).
