Revised Edition of the Laws (Rectification) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23(1) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act, the Law Revision Commissioners hereby make the following Order:

Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Revised Edition of the Laws (Rectification) Order 2001.

Rectification of error

2.  Delete item 1 in the Schedule to the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Finance) (Consolidation) Notification (Cap. 1, N 6) and substitute the following item:

“

1.—(1) Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Defence		Section 14 (1) (b) and (2) (b) of the Government Proceedings Act (Cap. 121) (in respect of the armed forces).
(2) Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs		Section 14 (1) (b) and (2) (b) of the Government Proceedings Act (in respect of the police force).
