In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23(1)(a) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act 1983, the Law Revision Commissioners make the following Order:

Citation

1.  This Order is the Revised Edition of the Laws (Rectification of Acts) Order 2025.

Rectification of errors

2.  The provisions of the Acts specified in the first column of the Schedule are rectified in the manner set out in the second column of the Schedule.
