Whereas a Revised Edition of the Subsidiary Legislation of the Republic of Singapore in force on 31st August 1991 has been prepared pursuant to the provisions of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act:

 And whereas it is enacted by section 17 of the Act that, upon the completion of the Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation, the Law Revision Commissioners shall transmit to the President a copy of the Revised Edition and the President may thereupon, by order published in the Gazette, provide that the Revised Edition shall come into force on such date as he may think fit:

 Now therefore it is hereby ordered by the President that the Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation shall come into force on 25th March 1992.
