Extradition:

Order in Council (1877) directing that “the Extradition Ordinance 1877” shall have effect in the Straits Settlements as if it were part of the Imperial Act;

Straits Settlements Extradition Order 1889 as amended by the Straits Settlements Extradition Order 1901;

Straits Settlements and Protected States Fugitive Offenders Order in Council 1916;

Straits Settlements and Protected States Fugitive Offenders Order in Council 1917;

Order in Council (1918) applying Part II of the Fugitive Offenders Act 1881 (44 and 45 Vict. c. 69) to British India, Ceylon, Hong Kong, the Straits Settlements, the Federated Malay States, Johore, Kedah, Perlis, Kelantan, Trengganu, Brunei, North Borneo and Sarawak;
