Declarations (Consolidation) in Respect of Automatic Public Level Crossings

The Minister for Communications has declared that section 17(1) and (2) of the Act shall not apply to —

(a) the Automatic Public Level Crossing at 10.189 kilometres on the Jurong Branch of the Malayan Railway;

(b) the Automatic Public Level Crossing at 7.748 kilometres on the Jurong Branch of the Malayan Railway; and

[S 321/68 wef 01/07/1968]

(c) the Automatic Level Crossing at the 4.8-5 Kilometre Post on the Jurong Branch of the Malayan Railway,

[S 239/76 wef 01/12/1976]

and that the Malayan Railway Administration of West Malaysia is relieved of the obligations imposed by that section in respect of those Crossings.
