The Public Utilities Board has, under the agreement made between the Public Utilities Board and Lembaga Letrik Negara Tanah Melayu dated the 29th day of August 1983, declared that the rate chargeable for electricity supply to Lembaga Letrik Negara Tanah Melayu of No. 129, Jalan Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is Singapore 19.9638 cents per kWh (for all units).
