In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6A of the Parks and Trees Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Notification is the Parks and Trees (Designated Management Body — Gardens by the Bay) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 22 June 2019.

Designation of management body

2.  Gardens by the Bay (UEN 201132829N) is designated as a management body for the land specified in the Schedule.
