Gardens by the Bay) Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6A of the Parks and Trees Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Notification is the Parks and Trees (Designated Management Body — Gardens by the Bay) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 22 June 2019.

Designation of management body

2.  Gardens by the Bay (UEN 201132829N) is designated as a management body for the land specified in the Schedule.

  All that land within the limits that are the boundaries to the lots in the first column of the corresponding Mukims or Town Subdivisions in the second column of the following table:
