Citation

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Property Tax (Electronic Submission of Notice of Transfer) Regulations..

Electronic submission of notice of sale or transfer

2.  A notice of sale or transfer under section 19(1) of the Act shall be submitted to the Chief Assessor using the electronic service provided by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore on what is commonly known as the Internet.
