(Fort Siloso) Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1) of the Preservation of Monuments Act 2009, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, after consulting the National Heritage Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Preservation of Monuments (Fort Siloso) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 15 February 2022.

Monument

2.  The buildings and structures specified in the Schedule are collectively a monument placed under the protection of the Board as a national monument.
