Preservation of Monuments
(No. 3) Order 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1) of the Preservation of Monuments Act, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, after consulting the National Heritage Board, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Preservation of Monuments (No. 3) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 20 December 2014.

Monument

2.  The monument specified in the Schedule is hereby placed under the protection of the Board as a national monument.

THE SCHEDULE

Description	Location
Alkaff Upper Serangoon Mosque	The building known as the Alkaff Upper Serangoon Mosque, erected on the land comprised in Lots 00869P, 02307P and 02308T MK 24 at 66 Pheng Geck Avenue, and which is shown shaded in the Plan below.
