(38 Oxley Road) Order 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1) of the Preservation of Monuments Act 2009, the Acting Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, after consulting the National Heritage Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Preservation of Monuments (38 Oxley Road) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 13 December 2025.

Monument

2.  The site specified in the Schedule (including the buildings and structures thereon) is a monument placed under the protection of the Board as a national monument.

Description of monument

  The site at 38 Oxley Road, Singapore 238629, which is an area of land comprised in Lot 99909X TS20 as outlined in the Plan below, including the buildings and structures on the land.
