Preservation of Monuments Act

(CHAPTER 239)

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1) of the Preservation of Monuments Act, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, after consulting the National Heritage Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Preservation of Monuments (No. 3) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 8 December 2015.

Monument

2. The monument specified in the Schedule is placed under the protection of the Board as a national monument.
