Preservation of Monuments
(No. 2) Order 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1) of the Preservation of Monuments Act, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, after consulting the National Heritage Board, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Preservation of Monuments (No. 2) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 21 October 2014.
Monument
2.  The monument specified in the Schedule is hereby placed under the protection of the Board as a national monument.

The building known as the Sri Thendayuthapani Temple, erected on the land comprised in Lots 99731A and 99732K TS 20 at 15 Tank Road, and which is shown shaded in the Plan below.
