Preservation of Monuments
Order 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1) of the Preservation of Monuments Act, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, after consulting the National Heritage Board, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Preservation of Monuments Order 2019 and comes into operation on 15 October 2019.
Monument
2.  The monument specified in the Schedule is placed under the protection of the Board as a national monument.

Description
Location
Singapore River Bridges comprising Cavenagh Bridge, Anderson Bridge and Elgin Bridge
1. The structure known as Cavenagh Bridge erected on the land comprised in Lots 00368A pt TS10, 00360X TS10, 00361L TS10 and 00638K pt TS01, spanning the Singapore River between Empress Place and Fullerton Square, and which is outlined in Plan 1.
2. The structure known as Anderson Bridge erected on the land comprised in Lots 00362C pt TS10, 00365V TS10, 00366P pt TS10, 00363M pt TS10, 00265A TS10 and 00684T pt TS01, spanning the Singapore River across Fullerton Road, and which is outlined in Plan 2.
3. The structure known as Elgin Bridge erected on the land comprised in Lots 00355K pt TS10, 00261W TS10, 00293K TS07, 00636N pt TS04, 00217L pt TS07 and 00294N pt TS07, spanning the Singapore River between North Bridge Road and South Bridge Road, and which is outlined in Plan 3.
