Order 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1) of the Preservation of Monuments Act 2009, the Acting Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, after consulting the National Heritage Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Preservation of Monuments (Former Kandang Kerbau Hospital) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 1 October 2025.

Monument

2.  The buildings specified in the Schedule are collectively a monument placed under the protection of the Board as a national monument.
