Preservation of Monuments Order 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1) of the Preservation of Monuments Act 2009, RAdm (NS) Lui Tuck Yew, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts, after consulting the National Heritage Board, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Preservation of Monuments Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 11th November 2009.
Monuments
2.  The monuments specified in the Schedule are hereby placed under the protection of the Board as national monuments.

Location
1.Former Raffles College
 
The buildings within the former Raffles College, known as Oei Tiong Ham Building, CJ Koh Law Library, Manasseh Meyer Building, Federal Building, Eu Tong Sen Building and Li Ka Shing Building, and the Upper Quadrangle and Lower Quadrangle, erected on the land known as Lot 1409M pt TS 25 at Bukit Timah Road, Singapore and as shown shaded in Plan 1.

2.Church of St Teresa
 
The building known as the Church of St Teresa erected on the land known as Lot 99240T MK 01 at Bukit Purmei, Singapore and as shown shaded in Plan 2.

3.Keng Teck Whay
 
The buildings and structures known as Keng Teck Whay at Telok Ayer Street, Singapore and the whole of Lot 98849A TS 03 comprising the said buildings and structures and more particularly delineated in Plan 3.

4.Command House
 
The building known as Command House erected on the land known as Lot 96853M MK 17 at Kheam Hock Road, Singapore and as shown shaded in Plan 4.

The building formerly known as St James Power Station erected on the land known as Lot 01278X TS 23 at Sentosa Gateway, Singapore and as shown shaded in Plan 5.
