Preservation of Monuments
(No. 2) Order 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1) of the Preservation of Monuments Act, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, after consulting the National Heritage Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Preservation of Monuments (No. 2) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 7 August 2015.

Monument

2.  The monument specified in the Schedule is placed under the protection of the Board as a national monument.

Description	Location
Istana Kampong Gelam	The building known as Istana Kampong Gelam, erected on the land comprised in Lot 00046V TS14 at 85 Sultan Gate, and which is shown shaded in the Plan below.
