Preservation of Monuments
Order 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1) of the Preservation of Monuments Act, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, after consulting the National Heritage Board, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Preservation of Monuments Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 10th July 2014.

Monument

2.  The monument specified in the Schedule is hereby placed under the protection of the Board as a national monument.

THE SCHEDULE

Description	Location
Chung Cheng High School (Main) Administration Building and Entrance Arch	The building known as the Chung Cheng High School (Main) Administration Building and the structure known as the Chung Cheng High School (Main) Entrance Arch, erected on the land comprised in Lots 05980N, 98942X, 02715X and 98913C MK 25 at 40 - 56 Goodman Road, and which is shown shaded in the Plan below.
