Preservation of Monuments
Order 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1) of the Preservation of Monuments Act 2009, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts, after consulting the National Heritage Board, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Preservation of Monuments Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 8th April 2011.

Monument

2.  The monument specified in the Schedule is hereby placed under the protection of the Board as a national monument.

THE SCHEDULE

Description	Location
Keretapi Tanah Melayu Tanjong Pagar Railway Station	The building known as the Keretapi Tanah Melayu Tanjong Pagar Railway Station, erected on the land comprised in Lot 00737C pt in TS 23 at Keppel Road, and which is shown shaded in the Plan below.
