Private Lotteries (Fees) Regulations 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(1) of the Private Lotteries Act 2011, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Private Lotteries (Fees) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 12th April 2011.
Fees
2.—(1)  The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Permit Officer in respect of the matters set out in the first column thereof.
(2)  The Permit Officer may, in his discretion, remit in whole or in part, any fee payable under these Regulations.

$195 for one year or part of a year
(b)on or after 1 November 2019 but before 1 November 2020
 
$300 for one year or part of a year
(c)on or after 1 November 2020 but before 1 November 2021
 
$500 for one year or part of a year
(d)on or after 1 November 2021
 
$700 for one year or part of a year
2.For the renewal of a permit to operate fruit machines, the validity of which starts —
 
 
(a)before 1 November 2019
 
$33 for one year or part of a year
(b)on or after 1 November 2019 but before 1 November 2020
 
$200 for one year or part of a year
(c)on or after 1 November 2020 but before 1 November 2021
 
$350 for one year or part of a year
(d)on or after 1 November 2021
 
$500 for one year or part of a year
3.For the issue of a permit (other than a permit to operate fruit machines) for a fixed date
 
$33
4.For the issue or renewal of a permit (other than a permit to operate fruit machines or a permit for a fixed date)
 
$33 for one year or part thereof
5.For each amendment to the number of fruit machines specified in a permit to operate fruit machines
 
$195
6.For each amendment to a permit (other than an amendment to the number of fruit machines specified in a permit to operate fruit machines)
 
$22
7.For a replacement copy of a permit
