Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Private Lotteries (Application for Permit) Regulations.

Mode of application for a permit

2. An applicant for the grant of a permit to promote or conduct a private lottery under the provisions of the Private Lotteries Act shall make application therefor in writing in the form in the Schedule and shall supply the particulars prescribed in the Schedule.
