Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Pension Fund (Prescribed Superannuation Schemes) Regulations.
Prescribed superannuation schemes
2.  For the purposes of section 6(1)(c) of the Act, the prescribed superannuation schemes are the superannuation schemes as set out in the Circulars, Minutes, Instructions, Orders and other documents specified in the Schedule.
