Private Education Act 2009

(Act 21 of 2009)

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “private education institution” in section 2 of the Private Education Act 2009, the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Private Education (Excluded Private Education Institutions) Notification 2010 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 21st December 2009.

Excluded private education institutions

2. The private education institutions specified in the Schedule are declared to be excluded from the definition of “private education institution” in section 2 of the Act.
