1.  This Notification is the Professional Engineers (Prescribed Amount of Paid-Up Capital) Notification 2005.

Prescribed amount of paid-up capital

2.  For the purposes of section 30(1)(b) of the Act, the prescribed amount of paid‑up capital is $500,000.
