Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Probate and Administration (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China) Notification.
Application of section 47 (1) of Act
2.  The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China shall be a territory to which paragraph (b) of section 47(1) of the Act applies, and 1st July 1997 shall be the relevant date in respect of that territory for the purposes of that paragraph.
