PRELIMINARY

Citation

1. These Regulations are the Passports Regulations 2007.

Definitions

2. In these Regulations —

“care-giver”, “Director‑General”, “protector” and “voluntary care agreement” have the meanings given by section 2(1) of the Children and Young Persons Act 1993;

“child” means a person who is below 16 years of age.
