| 1. This Notification is the Passports (Validity of Singapore Passport) Notification 2021. |

| 2. The validity period for every Singapore ordinary passport under section 8(1) of the Act is increased to a period not exceeding 10 years for all Singapore ordinary passports issued on or after 1 October 2021. |
