(Non-Pensionable Offices) Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “pensionable office” in section 2 of the Pensions Act, the President hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Notification may be cited as the Pensions (Non‑Pensionable Offices) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 1 January 2015.

Offices declared non-pensionable

2.  The following are declared to be non-pensionable offices:

(a) Supreme Court Judge;

(b) Attorney-General;

(c) Auditor-General.

Cancellation

3.  Gazette Notifications No. 914 of 1960 published on 13 May 1960, and No. 862 of 1965 published on 23 April 1965, are cancelled.
