Pensions (Pension Authority) Order 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Pensions Act, the President hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Pensions (Pension Authority) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2005.

Pension Authority

2.  The Permanent Secretary (Public Service Division), Prime Minister’s Office is appointed as the Pension Authority in respect of all classes of officers appointed to the public service.

Revocation

3.  The Pensions (Pension Authority) Order (O 1) is revoked.
