Petroleum (Storage Licence Fees) Rules

Citation
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Petroleum (Storage Licence Fees) Rules.
Fees
2.—(1)  The fees set out in the Schedule shall be charged for licences to store petroleum or dangerous petroleum or both petroleum and dangerous petroleum throughout Singapore.
(2)  The fee for a licence shall, unless the Minister otherwise decides, be determined on the maximum capacity of all the storage facilities for petroleum or dangerous petroleum or both petroleum and dangerous petroleum available in the place to be licensed.
(3)  Every licence shall be granted for a period of 12 months except that the Minister may, in his discretion, grant a licence for a period of less than 12 months.
