(Prescribed Law Enforcement Agencies)
Order 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “prescribed law enforcement agency” in section 48(2) of the Online Criminal Harms Act 2023, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Online Criminal Harms (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agencies) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 1 February 2024.

Prescribed law enforcement agencies

2.  Each of the following is prescribed as a law enforcement agency for the purposes of section 48(2) of the Act:

(a) Singapore Police Force;

(b) Central Narcotics Bureau;

(c) Immigration & Checkpoints Authority;

(d) Internal Security Department;

(e) Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore;
