National University of Singapore (Corporatisation) (Dissolution Date) Notification 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18(3) of the National University of Singapore (Corporatisation) Act, the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Notification may be cited as the National University of Singapore (Corporatisation) (Dissolution Date) Notification 2008 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 28th December 2006.

Dissolution date

2.  The date specified for the purposes of section 18(3) of the Act is 28th December 2007.
