National Registry of Diseases (Specified Entity for Chronic Kidney Failure) Notification 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(2) of the National Registry of Diseases Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Notification may be cited as the National Registry of Diseases (Specified Entity for Chronic Kidney Failure) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st March 2011.

Specified entity for chronic kidney failure

2.  The National Registry of Diseases Office of the Health Promotion Board established under the Health Promotion Board Act (Cap. 122B) is declared to be a specified entity for the collection of information relating to chronic kidney failure for the purposes of section 24 of the Act.
