(Prescribed Institutions)
Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the National Registration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations are the National Registration (Prescribed Institutions) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 1 January 2017.

Prescribed institution

2.  Every institution set out in the Schedule is a prescribed institution for the purposes of section 3(4) of the Act.
