Newspaper and Printing Presses
(Exemption from Part III of Act)
Order 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1)(b)(ii) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 14th July 2011.

Exemption

2. The Minister hereby exempts the newspapers set out in the Schedule from Part III of the Act.

Cancellation

3. The Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2004 (G.N. No. S 507/2004) is cancelled.

Made this 13th day of July 2011.
