Citation

1.  This Notification may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (Consolidation) Notification.

Exemption

2.  The following newspapers are exempted from section 16 of the Act (permit required for sale and distribution in Singapore of offshore newspapers), with effect from the dates shown against them:

(1) Philippines Times Journal	—	27th September 1991
