Citation

1.  This Notification may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (Events approved by Singapore Tourist Promotion Board) Notification.

Publications for STPB — approved events

2.  Publications published by any person for the purposes of conferences, exhibitions and other events approved by the Singapore Tourist Promotion Board shall be exempted from the provisions of the Act, with effect from the date on which written notice of the exemption is given to the Singapore Tourist Promotion Board.

Revocation by notice

3.  An exemption in respect of any of the publications referred to in paragraph 2 may be revoked at any time by written notice to the Singapore Tourist Promotion Board.
