Order 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “transfer date” in section 2 of the National Parks Board Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Order:

Citation

1.  This Order is the National Parks Board (Transfer Date) Order 2019.

Transfer date

2.  The transfer date for the purposes of Part VII of the Act is 1 April 2019.
