| (a) | a person who was registered or enrolled under the Act but whose registration or enrolment has been cancelled only by reason of any of the grounds specified in section 19(1)(g) of the Act; |
| (b) | a person lawfully resident in Singapore who has completed an accredited course of nursing, or who is undergoing an accredited course of nursing and has completed training in carrying out an intramuscular injection; |
| (c) | a person who is registered under the Medical Registration Act (Cap. 174) but does not hold a valid practising certificate granted under that Act; |
| (d) | a person lawfully resident in Singapore enrolled in a course of study that leads to the conferment of a qualification specified in the First or Second Schedule to the Medical Registration Act and who has started clinical training; |
| (e) | a person who is registered under section 16 or 17 of the Allied Health Professions Act (Cap. 6B); |
| (f) | a person who is registered under section 14, 14A or 21A(1) or (2) of the Dental Registration Act (Cap. 76) and holds a valid practising certificate granted under that Act; [S 344/2021 wef 27/05/2021] |
| (g) | a person who is registered under section 16 of the Pharmacists Registration Act (Cap. 230) and holds a valid practising certificate granted under that Act; |
| (h) | a paramedic; |
| (i) | a national serviceman who has completed the Emergency Medical Technician Course or an equivalent course, conducted by the Singapore Armed Forces or the Singapore Civil Defence Force; |
| (j) | a person who —| (i) | is duly authorised or registered to practise as a nurse in a state or territory other than Singapore by a foreign authority having the function conferred by law of authorising or registering persons to practise as a nurse in that state or territory; and | | (ii) | has at least one year’s experience working as an authorised or a registered nurse in a healthcare institution in that state or territory; |
