Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the National Library Board Act 1995, the National Library Board, with the approval of the Minister for Communications and Information, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations are the National Library Board (Prescribed Websites) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 31 October 2022.

Prescribed websites

2.  Each of the websites specified in the Schedule is prescribed as a Singapore website within the meaning of section 2 of the Act.
