Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the National Heritage Board (Micrographic and Reprographic Fees) Regulations.
Fees
2.—(1)  There shall be paid to the Board in respect of the matters set out in the first column of the Schedule the fees set out in the second column thereof.
(2)  The Board may in its discretion exempt from payment, in whole or in part, any fee under these Regulations.

31. Usage of photographs/slides —
 
 (a) for commercial activities which are educational and cultural in nature and where the photographs/slides are not the main draw to the products/ services but are supplements. Commercial activities includes commercial illustrative purposes such as publications, television programmes and display purposes.

 (b) in product development where the photographs/slides are the main draw to the products. Product development includes printing of photographs on T-shirts, mugs, calendars, picture postcards, and other souvenir merchandise items.
$500 per photograph per usage.
32. Search fee for audio-visual materials
