The Minister for Communications hereby exempts all motor vehicles which are the property of any government of any State in the Federation of Malaysia from all the provisions of the Act, other than sections 6 and 18 thereof (relating to payment of compensation exceeding $5,000 to the Public Trustee and prohibition of solicitation by any person in respect of claims, respectively).
