Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Limitation of Liability) (Singapore Currency Equivalents) Order.

2.  For the purposes of section 272 of the Merchant Shipping Act, $484.73 and $156.36 are hereby specified as the amounts which shall be taken as equivalent to 3,100 gold francs and 1,000 gold francs, respectively.
