In exercise of the powers conferred by section 88 of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act 1996, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, after consultation with the Minister for Transport, makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Notification is the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Designated Licensee) Notification 2025 and comes into operation on 15 April 2025.

Designated licensee

2.  The Authority designates Singapore Cruise Centre Pte. Ltd. (UEN 200301594R) as a designated licensee for the purposes of Part 13 of the Act.
