Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Pilotage District) Notification 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Notification may be cited as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Pilotage District) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 20th April 2010.

Pilotage district

2.  The area defined in the Schedule is declared to be a pilotage district.

Cancellation

3.  The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Pilotage District) Notification 2006 (G.N. No. S 281/2006) is cancelled.
