Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port Limits) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Minister for Transport, after consultation with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port Limits) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 20th April 2010.
Port limits
2.  The waters within the limits described in the Schedule and any place or premises which is under the control of or used by the Authority for the purpose of carrying out its duties or functions are declared to be a port for the purposes of the Act.
Cancellation
3.  The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port Limits) Notification 2006 (G.N. No. S 280/2006) is cancelled.

to the point of origin at (1), including the seaward side of the fender at the seaward side of the barrage at Marina Bay, the canal at Berlayar, Sungei Pandan, Sungei Jurong, Benoi Basin, Gul Basin, Southern Tuas Basin, Northern Tuas Basin, the seaward side of the dams at Sungei Punggol Reservoir and Sungei Serangoon Reservoir, Sungei Changi and all piers, jetties, landing places, wharves, quays, docks, other similar works within the limits above set out within or without the line of high water mark, and (subject to any rights of private property therein) all portions of the shore or bank within 50 metres of high water mark.
