Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 86D of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, after consultation with the Minister for Transport, makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Notification is the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Designated Public Licensee) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 15 January 2018.

Designated public licensee

2.  The Authority designates PSA Corporation Limited (UEN 199706229Z) as a designated public licensee.
